To use FATSI, you need to connect to port 30 of your Freedom server through an SSH client.
You will need to provide a username and a password in order to connect. The username and password that you need to use are different depending on whether you are logging in as the administrative user or as a reseller.
If logging in as the administrative user of a Freedom server, simply use the username and password of the administrative user account
If logging in as a reseller to administer one of your customer's Freedom servers, the username that you should use takes the following form, where reseller_login is your Freedom reseller login name:
VAR/reseller_login
If you do not yet have a Freedom reseller login name, contact your sales representative for information about how to enroll and receive this type of access.
The password that should be used when logging in as a reseller is your Freedom reseller password. Again, if you do not have a Freedom reseller password, contact your sales representative.
